Job Summary:

System Soft Technologies is seeking an HR Manager who will deliver customized human resources leadership across multiple facets of HR, including Culture Management, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, etc. This role interfaces openly and effectively with all System Soft employees to ensure that HR programs and initiatives are enhancing the delivery of business results while maintaining a positive, employee-centric company culture. 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, employee and prospects engagement, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Works closely with department leaders and advanced practice providers to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives to make System Soft a top place to work.  
  • Collaborate with international HR staff to ensure that HR processes across all of System Soft’s global offices are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess sound cultural fit.
  • Assist in drafting Offer Letters and Employment Agreements, coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient and effective onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to management when complex, sensitive questions arise, including the administration of routine tasks in sensitive situations such as disciplinary action, staff reductions, and involuntary terminations.
  • Analyzes trends and develops metrics to develop programs to meet key business objectives and goals.
  • Prepares reports and oversees the submission of the annual EEO-1 Report to the EEOC and other required regulatory reporting, including, but not limited to: Department of Labor Reports, ACA Reporting, Census Bureau Reports. 
  • Analyzes HR policies and processes and makes recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes, which may include, but not limited to: SITW/SUI registrations, responding to tax agency notices, etc.
  • Manage the company’s group benefit plans and administer 401k and help administer plans as a backup to the Benefits Assistant.
  • Point of contact for investigations to resolve employee complaints/allegation and address teammate grievances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • US HR experience strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing and COBRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills, and a dedication to provide outstanding people-care and customer service.  
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high-quality work.
